My obsessive passion for chocolate compelled me to make my ultimate chocolate trifle for New Year’s. It’s pretty flipping gorgeous although I’m not sure it beats no-bake chocolate cheesecake.
The bottom layer is Gü chocolate brownies with pecans. Yeah I know, lazy right? The middle layer is a very dark meringuey chocolate mousse. And finally, the top layer is lightly whipped vanilla bean cream. I served it with pomegranate seeds and slices of kaki.
