I’ve been knitting in bed while drinking green tea with jasmine.
I’ve been eating salad, every day.
I’ve been learning how to wear a beret.
I’ve been dancing to The Zombies.
I’ve been reading Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.
I’ve been making jewellery.
I’ve been writing.
I’ve been singing along to Édith Piaf.
I’ve been sorting out our Lovefilm rental list.
I’ve been taking photos for tutorials.
And last night I went out to a steak and wine bar with a dear friend.

  1. I found your blog through onesheepishgirl :) How is Flow? I picked it up after reading ‘The Happiness Makeover’ by M. J. Ryan. She quotes/references his book and studies a lot. I haven’t cracked into it yet… What do you think about it so far?


    • Oh, I haven’t heard of The Happiness Makeover. Is it good? I finished Flow the other day and I have to say that it’s one of the best popular psychology books I’ve read. :) I got stuck about 3/4 in and had to take a break from it, but picked it up again and I’m so glad I did!
