I made another circular handles bag the other week. The gorgeous vintage sixties apple fabric that I used was brought to me from Sweden by my mother.
I altered my sewing pattern slightly for this bag. Again I used medium weight sew-in interfacing to give it a bit of stiffness. There’s a mobile pocket inside it as well. This time I lined the bag with orange cotton fabric and decided to attach the handles using my sewing machine. It was a lot quicker but rather tricky as the handles are quite large.
I’m still trying to figure out the most efficient way of making these bags as I’m hoping to sell a few of them in my online shop once it’s opened.
