February goals


Chiaki Creates - February Goals○ Start taking yoga classes.

○ Bake something.

○ Continue to practise mindfulness on a daily basis.

○ Go to the pictures.

○ Read while soaking in a bubble bath by candlelight more often.

○ Eat more serotonin-boosting food.

○ Crochet and draw and screen print more.

○ Treat myself to a box of expensive chocolates.

○ Go and see some comedy.

○ Visit a few exhibitions.
